The therapist didn't give a proper massage, ended the session early, and demanded a large tip. It doesn't seem like a legitimate massage parlor.

What a disappointing experience. You can hear everything—people walking in, phone conversations, and even the massage therapists talking to each other through the walls and curtains during sessions. The massages themselves were underwhelming, and communication was difficult, making it hard to express what I wanted. The worst part, however, was at checkout. I was pressured to tip 25–30%, and when I gave what I felt was a fair amount, I was told it wasn’t enough and asked for more. A tip should be a gesture of appreciation, not something you’re pushed into. I would not recommend this place—there are definitely better options out there.
The massage was fine, but the checkout experience was genuinely shocking. My bill was $80, and when I went to leave a tip, I was told it wasn't enough and that I had to leave $20. Caught off guard and still in a post-massage haze, I did it. Walking out, I couldn't shake what had just happened — being told what to tip, at over 25% for mediocre service, is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place, or at minimum, go in prepared to be pressured over your gratuity.
While the massage itself was adequate, what happened at checkout was frankly unacceptable. After receiving my $80 bill, I was told mid-tip that my amount was insufficient and that $20 was expected. Stunned & Flustered, I paid it. But upon reflection, being told what to leave — at 25%+ for unremarkable service — crosses a clear line. I'd strongly caution others: either avoid this place or be prepared to push back.
My mom and I came here for a 90-minute deep tissue massage, and while the massage itself was excellent, the checkout experience completely ruined it. Our bill was $200 for the standard service + $20 for deep tissue [total cost for both of us], which is fine. However, when my mom went to tip, she wanted to leave 20% — but they refused and forced her to leave a 30% tip instead. I was still in the massage room at the time, so she felt pressured and paid it before I could come out and speak up. We didn’t realize this was a recurring issue until we checked other reviews afterward, and it looks like this has been happening to other customers for a long time. Tipping should be a choice, not something forced on customers at checkout. It’s extremely unprofessional; we highly DO NOT recommend this place.
